St Ives

Perched directly above the beach, and overlooking the clear waters of St Ives Bay and the famous Godrevy Lighthouse (immortalized by novelist Virginia Woolf). The views from our hotel are amongst the best you’ll find anywhere in Cornwall. The St. Ives Harbour Hotel also provides the perfect base from which to explore the delights of St Ives – one of Cornwall’s oldest and best-known holiday towns – as well as the spectacular scenery and coastline surrounding it. The Godrevy Sands Suite
Offering unique and breathtaking views St Ives Bay this magnificent room with integrated French doors which open onto an elevated terrace are perfect for your alfresco drinks reception. Steps down through the lawns provide the setting for photographs at the waters edge. The GODREVY SANDS SUITE is available for your ceremony, Wedding Breakfast and evening event. It can seat up to 110 guests.

The Harbour Suite
On the 1st floor this newly created, purpose built beautiful function suite offers elevated and uninterrupted views across the bay. The room incorporates a lounge and a bar area as well as all the space you could need for your magical day. The Harbour Suite is available for your ceremony, Wedding Breakfast and evening event. It can seat up to 160 guests.
 

The St Ives Harbour Hotel is fully licensed to hold civil ceremonies for up to 160 guests. We would be delighted for you to take your vows with us in the Selda Suite overlooking the bay, a perfect backdrop for those memorable photographs. Organisation of the ceremony should be made directly by the Bride and Groom with the Penzance Registrars on 0300 1234100 to check their availability, prices and to make a provisional booking. The registrars fees are charged separately to the Ceremony Room Hire charges applied by the hotel.

Should you decide to continue further into the evening, we offer a chance for you to invite all those extra family and friends to celebrate your happiness of this wonderful occasion. The St Ives Harbour Hotel, is ideal for a disco or live band with its large dance floor, purpose built PA system and private bar for your party to enjoy until midnight (later subject to a fee).
