Childrens rates when sharing with 2 full paying adults: Age 5 or under – free of charge, Age 6 – 11yrs 50% of the adult charge, Age 12 – 16yrs 75% of the adult charge. Children sharing with 1 full paying adult will be charged full rate regardless of age.
Non Refundable Deposit of £100 per person is required for all Festive Packages, within 7 days of making the reservation, full payment required by the 30th November 2010.

Themed Party Nights
Saturday 8th January – Abba Fever Night. Travel back to the 70’s and enjoy an evening of Abba Mania. Dress up in your favourite 70’s costumes and dance the night away to Abba Fever, famous tribute band and disco. Includes cocktail and 3 course dinner.
Saturday 15th January – Casino Royale Night. Its time to put on your black tie and evening dresses and enjoy a James Bond Themed Night. Try your luck on the casino tables or relax and enjoy the Jazz music. Includes a Martini Cocktail on arrival and 3 course fine dining menu.
Saturday 22nd January – The inaugural Porthminster Hotel Annual Dinner Dance. Enjoy a glass of bubbly on arrival followed by a superb 3 course meal and dance the night away to our disco.

Bed and breakfast from only £25.50 per person (based on 2 guests sharing a twin or double room) in one of our newly refurbished rooms. Full West Country breakfast. Supplements apply for sea view/single occupancy rooms.

Terms and Conditions:
1. All bookings require a deposit of £10 per person. This is strictly non refundable and non-transferable.
2. The balance must be pre-paid in full by 15th November 2010. Groups booked after this date are asked to pay in full at the time of booking. Any cancellations after 15th November 2010 will be non refundable.
3. Pre-orders are required 2 weeks prior to party date.
4. A completed and signed booking form is required on confirmation.
5. The hotel reserves the right to change the Party Night dates.
