Proposals for your Cornwall Hotel Wedding

To keep our planning simple we have created three proposals. These are by no means exhaustive and if you prefer, we can tailor proposals to match your exact requirements. For ease we have also created a choice of dishes from which to choose your menu. The price is based per person on a minimum number of guests. For weddings taking place on a Saturday, we may require a minimum number of guests to attend the wedding breakfast. For wedding parties which take an evening reception, an evening buffet must be included which caters for 80% of the expected guests.

• 3-course meal accompanied with Coffee & Truffles
• Half a bottle of house recommendation wine per person
• One Glass of Sparkling Wine for the Toast
• Evening buffet
• Use of a Silver cake stand and Knife
• Harbour Hotel Events Manager
• Luxury Sea View Suite, for the happy couple, with a bottle of House Champagne
• Complimentary Changing for use of yourselves or your guests
• Services of a Toastmaster

Wedding Breakfast Menus
To help you organise your day efficiently, we have comprised menus for you to choose from. We recommend that you select one starter, a main course and dessert option, for your entire party with the exception of vegetarians and those with other dietary requirements. Children attending the reception may be offered the same menu as your adult guests, or should you prefer we will prepare healthy and tasty children’s food menus. Please also be aware that as an extra special addition, canapés, sorbet, soup and cheese courses can be added to your menu to further enhance your dining experience, upon prior request. We are also able to offer a bespoke menu service to include consultation with our Executive Head Chef and a food tasting, please ask our Wedding and Events Manager for details on this special service.
